Greta Todd, MA

St. Louis Children's Hospital

Greta Todd joined the St. Louis Children's Hospital in 2006 and currently serves as the Director of Diversity, Inclusion, and Community Affairs. She is responsible for all hospital activities that address diversity, health disparities and equity, cultural competency training, and inclusion. As chair of the Diversity Council and lead of the Executive Steering Committee, she guides the diversity, inclusion, and equity strategic framework that focuses on patient satisfaction, workforce issues, training, and health disparities.

Ms. Todd also leads the hospital's strategic direction in community affairs and is responsible for community benefit and population health activities. She previously served as Director of Government and External Affairs at Children's National Medical Center in Washington, DC.
