Anne Crotty has served as the Program Coordinator for the University of Iowa, Division of Child and Community Health, Child Health Specialty Clinics for six years. The institution has responsibility for administering the Title V program in Iowa for children and youth with special healthcare needs.

Ms. Crotty coordinates the annual Title V Maternal and Child Health Block Grant application and annual report. She also works on several causes championed by the Title V program, such as culturally-responsive care, health literacy, and transition to adulthood for youth with special healthcare needs. She earned an MPH from the University of Iowa College of Public Health.
